Passengers, with or without vehicles, must be at the boarding gate at least 2 hours before departure time to check in and collect their boarding pass.

For payments with credit cards, we use a secure online transaction system with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) cryptographic protocol. When the buyer confirms his/her order, he/she will be redirected to a secure server managed by Consorzio Triveneto S.p.A. for online transactions, where payment data will be transfered throught SSL for charge authrization. Such system gurantees that no one in no way may have access of credit card information sent via internet. Caronte & Tourist S.p.A. in no case will have any knowledge of the credit card number used for the payment. We will be notified only of the result of the transaction and authorization provided by the credit card issuer.
